One ideal day by the shore, as we would compose it for you
The hour-by-hour outline of a day at the resort we would craft for ourselves on a Tuesday in late June. Adapt as you prefer.
07:00 · Quiet swim
The pool sits empty and towel service has not begun. A coffee cart waits by the entrance with single-origin filter coffee, no menu and no queue. These are the finest thirty minutes of the day.
08:30 · Terrace breakfast
Eggs prepared to order, pastries straight from the kitchen oven, a modest plate of seasonal fruit. We have no affection for breakfast buffets. We favour plates brought by waiters who have looked after the same families for ten years.
10:00 · Spa or sea
Either choice works. The spa hammam feels bright and still in the morning. The sea is calmest before midday. Most guests pick one and wish they had managed both; the uncommon guest manages both.
13:30 · Long lunch
Three hours at the lagoon bistro, with a bottle of light white and a plate of grilled fish you had not planned to order. No phones, no hurry. This is the meal that stays with you.
18:00 · Golden hour terrace
Aperitif on the upper deck. The bar team will know your name by the second day. The signature negroni rests on a vermouth we produce on-site; it remains the most unexpected drink on the property.
21:00 · Tasting menu
Eight courses, two hours, one wine pairing. Years have gone into shaping this evening. We hope it rewards the journey.
23:30 · A short hour at the table
Or an unhurried walk back to the suite. Either path: tomorrow opens at 07:00 with a swim, and the cycle is the whole idea.
